Warm and Welcoming Fridays
The cost-of-living crisis is already affecting millions across the UK, with many reporting they will be unable to switch on the heating. We believe everyone should have a warm and welcoming Space to go to this winter, which is why the Hub has joined a network of ‘Warm and Welcoming‘ community organisations, churches, libraries, businesses and other faith groups across the UK.
From November until March 2023, we are dedicating one of our rooms on Friday mornings every week as a safe, warm and welcoming place that is open to everyone.
There will be hot drinks available and sometimes even cake. We have free parking, wifi, books, games and a few friendly faces. Come and join us!
