Volunteering
During the pandemic the people of Knaresborough stepped up to help. Many said they gained as much as they gave, creating friendships, gaining skills and confidence and feelings of well-being and pleasure as they were “giving back” to their community.
At Chain Lane Community Hub we are determined that this legacy of volunteering will not be lost. Knaresborough Together provides an opportunity for you to register as a volunteer or potential volunteer. This may be for one off events such as The Bed Race, or regular volunteering with local groups. There will be no pressure, but you may just get an offer that suits you – why not sign up and see what opportunities may come your way.
