The Derwent Room is our main and largest community room.
At 12m x 10m it is our largest space, which can seat up to 50 people seated in rows.
This room works really well for parties, group events, workshops, dancing classes and children’s activities. Our main communal kitchen is attached to the Derwent room and is fully equipped. We have a fridge, a cooker, an instant hot water boiler, a coffee pod machine and lots of crockery and cutlery for you to use.
We also have sliding patio doors onto an enclosed courtyard area –
The room has internet access and is on the ground floor, so is user friendly for disabled visitors.
