Position: Community Development Worker
Type: Part time – 18.5 hours per week
About the Role: Swift is dedicated to supporting North Yorkshire’s migrant communities by providing essential information, advice, guidance, and advocacy. Our mission is to help migrants successfully access local services and fully engage with community life.
Role Overview: As a Community Development Worker at Swift, you will be the first point of contact for migrant individuals in difficulty or crisis, offering a supportive presence. You will also deliver community development, engagement, and support activities, fostering integration and promoting community cohesion.
