Charlotte comes from working in Higher Education, working under senior leadership teams to support the integration of projects across the Student Education Service at University of Leeds. Prior to this, she was a senior programmes manager at Better Connect, having worked there for 10 years helping design and implement projects across North and West Yorkshire. One of Charlotte’s key achievements was leading the Talent Match programme across the Leeds City Region, which aimed to support disadvantaged young people into sustainable employment. This was part of a national initiative, and Talent Match Leeds City Region was one of the best performing projects in the country. Charlotte is a resident of Knaresborough and has been since birth and believes in the power of investing in people and social action to achieve genuine change.
