From Belonging to Thriving
Belonging to Thriving is a free programme for people aged 18 to 65 with the right to work in the UK, for those residing in the Harrogate and Knaresborough Area designed to help participants improve wellbeing, build confidence, make community connections, and move towards employment and personal goals. Those individuals must be considered as “Economically Inactive” and not in work or education to be eligible for the programme.
This project is supported by York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, using funding from the Department for Work and Pensions’ Get Britain Working Economic Inactivity Trailblazer through Better Connect
Support for Women
Women can access specialist Yoga Psychotherapy, one-to-one support, wellbeing activities, Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), and opportunities to build friendships in a safe and supportive environment.
Employment Support for Men
Participants can receive practical support to understand the UK job market, improve CVs and job applications, prepare for interviews, understand workplace expectations, and connect with local employers.
