Local Activities & Support
Knaresborough Heritage Centre
Run by Knaresborough Museum Association and free for visitors and locals to look round. The museum gallery has varied exhibitions on Knaresborough’s geology, archaeology and social history and also have information about what’s on locally. The Heritage Centre is open 4 days a week (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 10 – 4pm. Also also run monthly talks and weekly guided walks which can be booked online at knaresboroughtownmuseum.org.uk/guided walks or by calling in person to book.

Knaresborough Library
Knaresborough Library is a free welcoming, safe and inclusive space where everyone can expect a warm welcome from staff and volunteers. Go along to study, read the newspapers, use the computers, take part in events and activities or just read a book. They have books and information to signpost you to other local services that can support you. They can also deliver books to your home if your struggle to get into the library.

Digital Inclusion aims to support residents of Knaresborough to develop their skills to engage with the digital world. The support is tailored around your needs and could include support to access devices, the internet or staying safe online!
