About the Roles

We are currently recruiting for:

Operations and Facilities Coordinator

26 hours per week Salary: £27,339 pro rata

A varied and rewarding role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy community hub. You’ll coordinate room bookings, oversee facilities, support community transport services, manage administrative systems and help create a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who uses our facilities.

Project Delivery Worker

37.5 hours per week Salary: £27,983 pro rata

A frontline community role delivering support through our Prevention Plus and Swift programmes. You’ll work directly with individuals and groups, helping people improve their wellbeing, access services, build confidence, reduce isolation and become more connected within their community.

· Community engagement and support.

· Administration, coordination, or project delivery.

· Customer service and relationship building.

· Working with volunteers, vulnerable individuals, or community groups.

· Maintaining accurate records and managing competing priorities.

· Using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
