Wendy joined the Chain Lane Board of Trustees in August 2019. Currently employed at The Carers’ Resource in their Carers Time Off team, Wendy also brings a wealth of experience in volunteer coordination having developed a range of volunteering programmes during her time at Ripon Museum Trust. A local resident who has used the community centre in her personal life, Wendy brings specific skills in project planning and management, funding and grant applications as well as facilities management. As a member of the Association of Volunteer Managers and the Heritage Volunteering Group she has delivered training and presented at workshops and conferences on managing volunteers and developing inclusive programmes.
