Judi’s mission is to help those that struggle with self acceptance through the power of Yoga an d the Breath. I understand the problems associated with comparison to others. I encourage everyone to open their hearts to themselves.
I believe in embracing the holistic qualities of Yoga; to breathe, accept, to act with self compassion. Yoga has brought me to my centre … to accept myself as each moment finds me … to celebrate
Judi runs in-venue Hatha Yoga classes here at the Hub. Classes are for 75 minutes, and they form a block of sessions embracing a particular aspect of yoga. These classes are suitable for beginners and those with experience and include meditation, asana, pranayama and relaxation.
Judi also provides private yoga sessions, Yin Yoga evenings, day and half day retreats and weekend retreats in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales
